Description
Phenibut (Beta-phenyl-gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a derivative of the neurotransmitter GABA. Phenibut provides fast acting and effective relief from stress and sleeplessness. Used in Russia since the 1960's.

Dosage
750 mg as needed with meals. If taking 750 mg daily cycle off every other day. Do not use more than 750 mg more often than 3 times a week.
