The Kratom that you purchase from KT Botanicals is sustainably harvested by local wildcrafters and private farmers who are native to the regions where Kratom naturally grows. Hence, our suppliers grew up around these trees and have been familiar with them for much of their lives! We pay our suppliers a fair market price for their experience and expertise. In exchange, our growers and wildcrafters supply us with the very best material available anywhere!
Our Kratom is freshly harvested from old growth trees, washed, and expertly dried indoors. While genetics, growing conditions, and harvest times are important factors that go into a quality Kratom product, drying and processing methods are equally as important! Our suppliers are experienced and practice the proper low-heat drying and processing methods that ensure a fresh and potent end product.
After drying, the leaves are generally de-stemmed and de-veined. The leaves are then thoroughly powdered and packed into double vacuum sealed packages for importation. Our batches are always extremely fresh, with new shipments incoming each week. Our Kratom never sits on the shelf for longer than a few weeks before it is sent out to our customers. We don't offer strains that don't move!
