When will I recieve my order and how is it shipped?

All orders are sent in either plain manilla envelopes, or USPS flat rate shipping materials. We do our very best to ship orders out as quickly as possible. However, estimated shipping times depend upon the products ordered, seasonal availability, our current stock, and your location. Since we are a small company, our order processing is extremely efficient. All orders are mailed through the United States Postal Service in Sacramento. All orders come with free delivery confirmation to ensure that your order gets to the right place within the correct time frame. Most orders normally take between 2 and 5 days to arrive. However, please allow up to 10 business days for your package to arrive before contacting us!

How discreet are you in your billing and shipping methods?

To discourage anyone under the age of 18 from committing fraud and purchasing our products, we feel that it is important to professionally label our product packaging and include a detailed invoice, place our true business name and address on the package, and charge the credit card under the name "KT Botanicals". We are responsible vendors and do not wish for these items to fall into the wrong hands, and in the case that they do, we would like to have our contact information readily accessible so that we can work to resolve the issue.

I only recieved part of my order, where is the rest?

We have multiple fulfillment centers to package and ship orders.  Occasionally, we will split orders into two packages in order to keep order processing times to a minimum. We will sometimes have out of stock items shipped directly from the manufacturer rather than making our customers wait for us to stock the item and ship the item out. Separate shipments will usually arrive within days of each other.

Can I ship the package to my friend's house?

Due to the overwhelming amount of fraud on the internet, we require that the shipping info match the billing info for the method of payment you select. If the package is sent to someone who has not agreed to and clicked our terms and conditions before checkout, they may not understand what they are getting and may not have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of possesing our products.  Please make sure that your billing information matches your shipping information and that you read and agree to our terms and conditions before placing an order!

Do you ship world wide?

YES! However, we cannot be held accountable for your country's customs policies. Please check with your country's customs to ensure that the items you are ordering are legal and not resticted by customs. Typically, smaller packages will arrive within 10 days, larger boxes may take 2 weeks depending on location.

Some of the items I ordered are not legal in my country. Will you "nuetrally label" those items so they don't get confinscated by customs?

No. We are a respectable, legitimate, tax paying ethnobotanical research company and we will not take the risk of mislabeling products in order to sneak them into your country. We have had very few shipments confinscated by customs by truthfully stating the contents of the package.  Do not ask us to violate international trade laws!

I gave you the wrong address but it looks like the order has already shipped!

It is entirely your responsibility to provide us with the correct address to mail your order to.  If you are moving, just moved, don't know your address, forgot your address, or do not pick up your package from the post office after three delivery attempts, your package will be sent back to us.  It is YOUR responsibility to pay for the package to be re-shipped.

If I pay extra, can you ship UPS, FedEx, or DHL?

No.  We will ONLY ship USPS.  The cost to ship items both domestically and abroad is simply too much with the other services for us to keep competitive pricing.  USPS is quite reliable, easy to track, and is the most economical way to get your order to your door.

When I add an item to my shopping cart, the price changes!

Our pricing structure is such that there is a base price for a base product attribute.  For example, 1 ounce of herb may start off at $3.00.  However, if you select an option from the dropdown menu such as 1lb of herb, it will show "+$X.XX" next to that option, indicating that if you would like 1 lb of that product, it will add $X.XX onto the base price of $3.00.

I have XYZ condition, what herbs can I take to cure it?

The FDA is very clear on its rules and regulations that govern the practice of medicine. We cannot recommend that you take anything on our site to diagnose, treat, or cure any ailment. The FDA considers this practicing medicine without a license. Since we are not doctor's, we stick to what we are good at: Providing herbs and herbal extracts for you to make your own, independant decision of what is best for you and your body.

I heard I can ingest XYZ and it will have similar effects to...

We will absolutely not respond to ANY inquiry that pertains to the misuse or abuse of our products whatsoever. Furthermore, this is the quickest way to ensure that we will blacklist you from ever ordering from us in the future.  Do not even hint that you intend to or already have abused our products as we will immediately delete your account and blacklist you from ever ordering from us.  We are dead serious about this!

I live right around the corner from your business and I'd  like to come in person and pick up our order.

We are a mail order company only at this point. If you live close by, you package will be there in 1 day. To be clear, we have absolutely nothing against meeting our clients. Rather, the times we have met our clients, we spent hours upon hours in deep intellectual conversations which consequently delayed us in processing and shipping out orders. To be fair to all of our customers, we will meet none of our customers (on business days) =)

What are your normal hours of operation?

We usually work from 10am up to 2am PST Monday through Friday. If you call or email us in the morning we do our very best to get back to you by mid afternoon or that evening. 

What is the best way to contact you?

The best way is through email at KTBotanicals@aol.com. Please be sure to leave your first and last name and your order number when you contact us so that we can more efficiently serve you.

I have written you 46 emails, called you 24 times, sent you 8 private messages via the forums you are a member of, and faxed you 11 times today, why aren't you answering me?

Please don't do this. It only clogs up our inbox and answering service which will only delay our response further. Please be patient, we have litterally thousands of customers to serve in a timely fashion. Help us help you.

I wrote you an email on Friday night and now its Sunday and I haven't heard back from you, what gives?

Excellent customer service is provided throughout our regular working days (Monday-Friday).  We reserve the right to take 1 weekend off per month in order to maintain our current level of sanity.
