Dosage and Use
    

Mix 1/3 level teaspoon one to three times daily with juice or other beverage, or as recommended by a healthcare

practitioner.
    

Choline is best utilized when taken in divided doses after meals.
    

100 mg of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and sufficient vitamin C (at least 60 mg) should be taken to facilitate the

conversion of choline to acetylcholine.
Caution

Large doses of choline bitartrate may cause diarrhea.
