Breathe Deep

Breathe Deep tea is an ayurvedic blend of herbs and spices formulated to enhance breathing. This formula utilizes organic Thyme, an herb whose active ingredient, thymol, helps to loosen phlegm and relax the muscles of the respiratory tract. We have also included organic Eucalyptus and Elecampane, pungent herbs that clear the mucous membranes and are beneficial to total respiratory health. Organic Basil is also added to help support the respiratory system; and, organic Ginger is a cooling herb soothing to the mucous membranes. It is recommended that this tea be sweetened with a teaspoon of honey.
