Fresh Harvested Hawaiian Grown Yellow Caapi Vine Specimens
Our specimens are cut into 1ft sections and are 1.5" to 3" in diameter!

These beautiful cross sections make our Caapi specimens perfect to use as identification samples!
Our Hawaiian grown yellow Banisteriopsis Caapi Vine is ethically harvested on a private 10 acre reserve in Hawaii. We are the exclusive distributors of these exquisite specimens. Rather than harvesting 2 tons of Caapi vine at a time, our private grower harvests and dries our Caapi vine as needed. Thus, our Hawaiian Caapi Vine is always guaranteed to be fresh- Our product does not sit on the shelf for months or years at a time waiting to be sold. Due to the unique growing environment in Hawaii, these Caapi vines are extremely dense and are of extremely high quality. You simply will not find better fresh mature yellow Caapi Vine specimens that have the identifying characteristics that ours do!
Peruvian Grown Shredded Red Caapi Vine Specimens

The Red Caapi that we import is so fresh that we have to air dry our shipments for 2 weeks before we can sell the material. This is excellent grade Caapi that is harvested for us monthly from our friends in Peru. Our fresh Red Caapi is masterfully dried to preserve its pungent aroma and beautiful robust color, making it perfect for use as an identification sample. Seasonally available!
Young Braziilian Grown Yellow Caapi Vine Specimens

Ethically harvested young growth from the Brazillian rainforest. Lately, "jumbo" Caapi vine specimens are being found on the open market as collector's items. These mature specimens are extremely old "trunks" of Cappi vine and are easier to harvest than growth that is hundreds of feet in the air. The problem with cutting the older, "jumbo" growth is that the rest of the hundreds of feet of vine simply die off and rot while still attached to surrounding trees. From a sustainability point of view, it is better to purchase young growth which can easily grow back, rather than large specimens which can cause an entire vine to perish! Our Brazilian Caapi Specimens are no thicker than your little finger and are about a foot long. We are happy to offer fresh young growth of the Yellow Caapi vine for botanical identification purposes.
Our Caapi Vine specimens are sold for legitimate ethnobotany research and identification purposes only and are not intended for human consumption! By ordering you are automatically agreeing to our terms and conditions.
