Recommended Dosage:
Take one (1) capsule, two (2) times a day. Take one capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Herbal Ingredient Information: The following information is a brief overview describing each of the above herbal ingredients and what properties each contributes to make up this proprietary blend.

• Rose Hips contain an extraordinary amount of vitamin C, which is most beneficial for the prevention and treatment of infection and a great many common diseases, including the common cold, flu and pneumonia. They contain sixty times the amount of vitamin C than found in lemons! Rose Hips help to strengthen body tissues, build and maintain a healthy vascular system and prevent damage to fragile capillaries. This herb is said to prevent ailments before they happen by using a prophylactic dosage on a daily basis. Vitamin C is necessary for every cell in our bodies and without it, we would not be able to sustain life.
• Wheat Grass is thought to have a great effect on the blood. It is said to purify and increase hemoglobin production (red blood cell count), improve blood sugar disorders and reduce high blood pressure (by reducing excess cholesterol in the blood). As an exceptionally nourishing supplement, the vitamins, minerals and amino acids in Wheat Grass provide virtually every natural nutrient that is necessary to sustain and build optimum health. Wheat Grass is also thought to enhance the rapid absorption and assimilation of nutrients by the body.
• Spinach has been used for years to help relieve anemic problems.  Its high iron content is well known, but its chlorophyll content is, perhaps, even more effective in raising the hemoglobin by building red blood cells. Spinach is a superior, highly nutritious food that is said to combat fatigue, boost energy levels, increase brain function and reduce age-related, cognitive problems. Spinach is a rich source of Coenzyme Q-10 whose actions resemble those of vitamin E.  It may be an even more powerful antioxidant than vitamin E, and it plays a critical role in the production of energy in every cell of the body. It aids circulation, stimulates the immune system, increases tissue oxygenation and has vital anti-ageing effects. It is thought to be beneficial in relieving the temporary symptoms of allergies, asthma, mental function and many other conditions.
• Beet Root is a wonderful cleansing and nourishing tonic that builds the blood and improves blood quality. It also normalizes the blood's pH balance (reducing acidity) and purifies the blood by flushing away fatty deposits and improving circulation.

This action has made it useful for treating anemia. Yellow Dock has been known for centuries as an outstanding blood purifier. • Asparagus Root is high in folic acid, which is essential for the production of new red blood cells and is therefore helpful in preventing anemia. An excellent diuretic, Asparagus Root acts to increase cellular activity in the kidneys, increasing the rate of urine production. Some of the constituents included in Rehmannia Root are beta-sitosterol, calcium, copper, glucose, glucosamine, histidine, mannitol, zinc, amino acids, and vitamins A, B, C and D.
• Ginger Root has been used to cleanse the body of toxins through the skin by stimulating and increasing perspiration and has also been useful in breaking fevers. It is slightly diuretic and further cleanses the body by strengthening kidney function and increasing kidney filtration.
• Cayenne is an overall tonic that is said to build up resistance to illness, sore throats, sinus infections and colds. Cayenne is called a carrier or catalyst herb that increases the efficacy of almost every other herb or herbal combination. Cayenne is an overall digestive aid that stimulates the production of gastric juices, clears excess mucus from the stomach, helps to alleviate stomach ulcers from within, improves the appetite and relieves nausea from seasickness.
