Alpha GPC (Alpha L-GlycerylPhosphorylCholine), also known as choline alfoscerate, is a naturally occurring water soluble form of choline that rapidly penetrates the blood brain barrier. It is more potent than other forms of choline (bitartrate, citrate, DMAE, phosphatidylcholine, CDP-Choline) for raising Acetylcholine.
